This is a really quick rant…

A couple of times now I have arranged ‘dates’ and then a couple of hours before the guy turns into a mute. I’ll text something along the lines of ‘we still on for tonight’ and I get no response. On what planet is this deemed acceptable?

If we have made plans, stick to them. If you want to bail, grow some balls and tell me. I am a big girl, I’m not going to cry about it. You’re probably doing me a favour because chances are you’re a dick anyway.

I dislike the term ‘fuckboy’, don’t know why it just makes me cringe a little, but it these circumstances it’s is so appropriate.

The plan was to always ‘move out and assess the situation in 6 months’ and it turns out it is a little beyond my budget to live out right now. I have not failed, life is a learning curve! And who am I to complain when I come home to dinner on the table?

Here are a few things I’ve been loving/discovered in February…Read More »
